With a week-long timerframe, one of the largest challenges of Drunken Duelists was scope, attempting to plan our development timeframe to create a reasonably scaled proof of concept within our timeframe.
This proof of concept reminded me just how important playtesting is in order to achieve a quality final product as our final game was very difficult for players to just pick up and play without explanation.
